How to check replies from the support team

If you want to share your opinion with us or if you found a bug, please contact us by following these steps.

■How to contact us
1. From the app, please tap the 'Contact/Support' button on the title screen or go to Options>FAQ/Contact Us/Support
2. Please tap the button that corresponds the most to your message's content (You have 3 choices: messages about In-App Purchases, about Data Migration, about other topics)
3. Please enter your message in the screen that pops up.
4. Please tap the Send button at the top right of the screen.

■How to check our reply
*You will not receive a notification when we reply.
1. From the app, please tap the 'Contact/Support' button on the title screen or go to Options>FAQ/Contact Us/Support
2. Please tap 'Check your Support history'
3. If you see a green indicator on the left of the My Tickets screen, this means that you have received a reply. Just tap there to check the reply.
