Forgot/Didn't set Data Migration Password

If you didn’t set a password or you have forgotten your password. Please use the following methods.
If you have not subscribed to the newsletter, you cannot use this method.

How to Subscribe to our Newsletter:
1: In Home Menu, select “Options”
2: Go to Survey and Newsletter
3:Subscribe to our news letter by entering your email address
4: Click the confirmation link in the entered email to complete the process.
*Each Club is bound to one email address only.

How to reset Data Migration password:
1: In Home Menu, select Options - Data Migration
2: Select “Via Password”
3: Tap the button on the bottom right to reset password.
4: Follow the instruction and enter the email address you used to subscribe to our newsletter.
5: An email will be sent to the email address you entered.
6: Check the email and follow the instruction there to complete the password reset.

Once reset, you can use the new password to perform Data Migration.

If our newsletter is unsubscribed, the function will become unavailable.
You may not receive our email if you have a strict junk mail filter. Please add to your white list.
Please remove any junk mail setting for emails with URLs.
